Scope

Store, orders & customer support

1. Who is responsible for this policy?

The store operator is Guizhou Youcheng Card Technology Co., Ltd. The company owner is Luo Xiaokuan. Our business address and support details appear at the end of this page. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that operator. “Personal information” means information that identifies a person or can reasonably be linked to a person, subject to the definition in the law that applies.

The policy covers our store and related order or support communications. A payment provider, carrier, or other independent service may also handle information under its own privacy terms when you use that service. Its independent processing is governed by the applicable relationship with that provider.

2. Information provided by an adult

When an adult places an order or contacts support, the information involved may include the purchaser’s name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, selected products, payment status, and correspondence. A product inquiry can include measurements or photographs of an item or its packaging. Supply only information needed for that transaction or request.

We do not ask you to provide a child’s full name, school, birth date, face, voice recording, or developmental history to make an ordinary purchase or explain a product issue. Use product details rather than a child’s personal record where possible. Do not send full payment credentials or unrelated identity documents through support email.

3. Payment and transaction information

A payment service processes the credentials required for the payment method you choose. The store receives transaction information needed to recognize and manage an order, such as payment status, an authorization or transaction reference, the amount, and limited payment-method details made available by the provider.

Information used for a refund, fraud check, or disputed transaction may also be shared with the relevant payment service where necessary. The exact payment data depends on the method selected in checkout. You should review the privacy information of that payment provider when deciding to use it.

4. Information associated with browsing the store

The website and services supporting it may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, pages requested, access times, and interaction or error information. Cookies and similar technologies may support session continuity, a shopping cart, preferences, security, and the functions available on the store.

If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, those tools may also process identifiers and browsing events for their stated purposes. The information and recipients depend on the tools actually used and the choices available to you. We distinguish necessary store functions from optional analytics or advertising uses where the applicable rules require that distinction.

5. Why we use information

We use information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery, send transaction messages, respond to inquiries, manage returns and refunds, investigate product or delivery issues, and maintain records required for accounting or legal purposes. Technical information can help operate the website, troubleshoot errors, and detect unauthorized activity.

Where optional marketing or analytics activities are used, we apply the choice or legal basis required for that activity. In jurisdictions requiring a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform the purchase contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue a legitimate business purpose that is not overridden by your rights, or act on your consent.

6. Who may receive information

Information necessary for an order or a support task may be provided to service providers supporting website operation, payments, order processing, delivery, communications, and customer assistance. A carrier, for example, needs recipient and address details; a payment provider needs information for payment or fraud handling. The data provided should relate to the function being performed.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in connection with a lawful request, to establish or protect legal rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. If optional advertising tools are used, sharing for that activity may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some state privacy laws, even when no cash payment is made for the information.

7. Cookies, advertising, and marketing choices

You can review browser controls for deleting cookies or restricting their use. Blocking necessary technologies may affect checkout, session continuity, or other site functions. Where the store presents controls for optional cookies or marketing technologies, use those controls to record your preferences.

If you receive marketing messages from us, you may withdraw your marketing choice using the method provided with the message or by contacting customer support. Transaction messages, such as order updates and responses to a request you submitted, may still be sent. Where an applicable privacy law provides an opt-out right, you may also request assistance at service@kidvello.com.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for the period necessary to carry out the relevant purpose, resolve an active issue, meet recordkeeping duties, or establish and defend legal claims. Retention depends on the category of information and the circumstances; it is not automatically indefinite. A deletion request may be subject to a legal or operational reason for retaining a limited record.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and the relevant service, including access controls and procedures for handling customer information. No online transmission or storage arrangement can be guaranteed free of all risk. Protect your own devices and credentials, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity involving an order or support communication.

9. International processing

Our operator is located in China, and the services involved in running a store, processing payments, or delivering an order may operate in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your place of residence. Where a law requires protection for an international transfer, the applicable transfer requirements must be observed.

The location of processing can depend on the payment method, delivery destination, and service provider. Contact us if you need additional information about the processing connected to a particular order or privacy request.

10. Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access personal information, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, withdraw consent, object to certain processing, or request a restriction. Some laws also provide rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or specified sharing, and to appeal a denied request.

Send a request to service@kidvello.com describing what you want to do. We may verify your identity, request information needed to locate the relevant record, and explain any lawful exception. An authorized agent may act where permitted, subject to verification. If a request is denied, you may ask for reconsideration and use any complaint or appeal process available under the law that applies. Exercising a protected privacy right will not itself result in unlawful discrimination.

11. Children’s information and parental concerns

Purchases, customer accounts, and support requests should be managed by an adult. Selling a product used by children is not a request for children to submit their own personal information. We do not invite children to create learning profiles or send recordings through an ordinary store purchase or support inquiry. Please keep child-identifying information out of those communications when it is unnecessary.

If you believe information has been submitted by a child, contact service@kidvello.com identifying the feature or interaction involved. A parent or guardian can request review, deletion, or the prevention of further collection where the applicable law provides those rights. We will take proportionate steps to verify authority, locate the record, and explain the action or any lawful exception.

A product may have a recording or another electronic function without sending its contents to the store. Check the model’s instructions and any separate app or service notice before enabling an optional connected feature. We do not claim that all devices operate offline, collect the same information, or send recordings to Kidvello™.

Any online feature collecting information from children must follow the requirements that apply to that activity, including appropriate parental notice and consent where required. An adult purchase, acceptance of general terms, or a support email is not a substitute for a required child-data consent process. This store policy is not a permission form for an undisclosed child profile or recording service.

12. Policy changes and questions

We may update this policy when store practices, services, or applicable requirements change. The policy date identifies the version presented on this page. Where an additional notice or a new choice is required for a material change, we will provide it through an appropriate channel.

Questions about a specific order, privacy choice, or information request can be sent to the privacy contact shown above. Identify the store, the nature of the request, and the email address associated with the relevant interaction so that we can route the inquiry appropriately.
