Questions?

1. What types of educational products are available?
The collection includes wooden activity and sorting products, puzzles, logic tasks, letter and arithmetic tools, and selected introductory exploration and electronic learning products. Availability can change. Review the current model and selected option rather than rely on a previous photograph or assume that every item has the same components.
2. How do I choose an appropriate age or difficulty level?
Read the age recommendation, warnings, task requirements, and instructions for the particular item. Consider whether the child can use it as directed and what adult involvement is needed. Do not use an older-child item with a younger child just because an adult will be nearby. If the age label or an important specification is unclear, ask support before buying.
3. Are all products suitable for children under three?
No. Suitability is product-specific. Products with small components or a stated age restriction must not be given to children below the permitted age. Keep those components away from younger siblings and children who mouth objects. Adult supervision does not remove a product’s age restriction or make a prohibited small-part use appropriate.
4. Is adult supervision necessary?
Use the supervision stated in the instructions, and have an adult prepare the activity, inspect the components, and store the item afterward. Assembly, electrical setup, battery changes, and activities with small or mechanical parts can need adult handling. Stop if the child is using the item in a way the instructions do not support.
5. Are materials, safety certifications, or special claims guaranteed for every item?
Only claims supported for the exact listing should guide the purchase. A wooden appearance does not establish a coating composition, and a product photo is not a certificate. If you need a specific material detail or document, ask support for the information available for that model. We do not assign one blanket certification or material claim to the entire collection.
6. Are all accessories in the scene photograph included?
Only the components expressly listed as included form part of the purchase. Tables, decorations, supplementary tools, batteries, and demonstration materials may be used to show an activity. Check the contents of the chosen variant and ask us to clarify an unclear component before ordering.
7. What should I do with magnetic components?
Follow the age and handling instructions. Inspect the housing and components, keep loose magnets inaccessible to children, and stop using a product if a magnetic part becomes exposed or detached. If you suspect a magnet has been swallowed, seek immediate medical attention rather than wait for symptoms or a customer service response.
8. What should I check for battery-powered learning products?
Confirm the specified battery or power source and have an adult complete the setup. Keep batteries and any button or coin cells inaccessible to children, close the compartment as directed, and do not mix incompatible power sources. Stop using or charging an item that is unusually hot, swollen, leaking, or damaged.
9. Can a child use the telescope to look at the Sun?
Do not point the children’s telescope at the Sun or use it for solar viewing. Looking at the Sun through an optical instrument can cause serious eye injury. An adult should set up the telescope, explain where it can be pointed, and follow the model’s viewing and supervision instructions.
10. How should a recordable story player be used?
An adult should check the recording method, storage behavior, volume controls, and deletion instructions for the selected model. Do not assume that every device is connected to an app or that recordings are uploaded. Avoid recording private information, keep volume appropriate to the instructions, and do not send a child’s recording to support when a written product description is sufficient.
11. Will a learning product guarantee better grades or a developmental result?
A product provides the activities and functions described for its model. Engagement and outcomes vary with the child, the activity, and the adult guidance available. The products are not offered as a diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee of learning progress. Use them as appropriate activity tools rather than a substitute for individualized professional guidance.
12. How should I clean and store an activity set?
Follow the stated method for the material and model. Do not automatically submerge wooden pieces, wash electronic units, or use heat sterilization. Keep electrical openings dry and let compatible surfaces dry before storage. Count loose components and keep age-restricted parts, magnets, and batteries away from younger children.
13. Which payment methods and currencies are available?
The live checkout shows the enabled payment methods and order currency for your purchase. Use a method you are authorized to use and review the final amount, shipping charges, and taxes before confirming. A bank or payment provider may apply conversion charges under its own terms.
14. Can I cancel or amend my order?
Contact support promptly with the order number and the change needed. We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped or amended. A dispatched parcel may not be eligible for cancellation or redirection; the applicable return procedure then applies. Delay-related cancellation rights for unshipped goods are considered separately.
15. When will an order arrive, and is shipping free?
Review the dispatch information, delivery estimate, destinations, and charges shown before purchase. Processing and carrier transit are different stages. Free shipping applies only when the order meets an offer’s stated conditions and checkout reflects it. If you need a gift for a particular date, ask about the current estimate before ordering.
16. What if an item arrives damaged or a component is missing?
Keep the packaging and contact support as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and a description. Product photographs can help without showing a child. Keep a damaged or incomplete item away from children while it is reviewed. We will explain the appropriate missing-part, replacement, correction, or refund steps under your applicable rights.
17. What is the change-of-mind return period?
Request an eligible voluntary return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item should be unused, complete, and suitable for resale, and you should obtain the destination before mailing it. For an activity set, include all supplied pieces and documentation. Defective or incorrect goods are considered separately; mandatory rights are not limited to the voluntary window.
18. Who pays return shipping, and do you need a child’s details for support?
The customer pays change-of-mind return shipping; we cover reasonable necessary return shipping for an incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged item through the arrangement we authorize. Support normally needs adult order details and product information, not a child’s full name, photograph, school, birth date, or recording. Contact service@kidvello.com if you need help.
